PLEASE NOTE: Warning: These bell types, although secure with wire and glued to dowel, have a potential choking HAZARD due to small parts. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

I cut my fabric by hand with a rotary cutter, all fabrics fray and adds charm to the wands. Some materials fray more than others, fray is to be expected. If you have any concerns contact me prior to purchase!
